All flight requests are subject to the following conditions: 1. Federal Airspace Restrictions, 2. Scheduling Availability, and 3. Weather Conditions. While AVA Drone Services will make every effort to accommodate your preferred flight date and time, in the rare event that we cannot, don't panic, we will inform you promptly (typically within 48 hours) if there are any conflicts with your requested dates, times or flight restrictions, or location. If this occurs, we will either work to reschedule your flight or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

If weather conditions become an issue, our team will notify you as soon as possible, concerning any flight delays as part of our pre-flight communication. In weather-related cancellations, priority will be given to rebooking, and refunds will not be provided. The on-site Remote Pilot in Command has the ultimate authority on all flight-related decisions and will determine any delays or cancellations due to weather on the day of the flight.
